The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ / order/ direction commanding the respondent authorities to absorb the petitioner in government service in accordance with terms and conditions in the order dated 11.08.2015 (Annexure 4) in Letters Patent Appeal No.1418 of 2011 arising out of CWJC No.

8418 of 2010 decided on 21.04.2011."
