The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 226 of 2017, a case under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly caused injury with Dabiya at the head of the informant.

Submission is that there is case and counter case. The doctor found lacerated wound, simple in nature on the head of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
