The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) and 35(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Similarly circumstanced the other co-accused namely Mukesh Kumar has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. Case No. 38227 of 2018 vide order dated 29.06.2018 by the other co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
