Short submission made by the petitioner's counsel is that for promoting employees to Class-II posts, the Department has taken various steps and called for the ACR and service book of the petitioner, as is evident from the communication dated 02.05.2014 (Annexure B of the counter affidavit).

The authorities, therefore, be directed to take a final decision there upon.
