This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302, 452, 427 and 506 of the Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act, 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
The first information report lodged in 2008, however, the name of the petitioner does not find place in the first information report. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner has been found for the first time in 2013 by the boundary raiyat, having dispute with him.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2008 to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Jha,
