The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 14.01.2018 at about 6.00 PM he had parked his motorcycle near the market and had gone to purchase some articles. Meanwhile his motorcycle was stolen, he made search for his motorcycle and came to know that Raja Kumar has stolen his motorcycle and sold it in Nepal and on 25.01.2018 he was apprehended near the bus stand and he confessed that he had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39818 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 stolen the motorcycle with his seven associates as named in the FIR including the petitioner and sold it in the Nepal. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case and except the statement made by informant, there is no incriminating materials against the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, District- East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018.
