1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, the instant application is being filed before this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs for quashing the notice dated 20.12.2019, issued by the Anchal Adhikari, Kudra, in Case No.16 of 2019, under the provisions contained in the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956."

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has merely challenged the show cause notice dated 20.12.2019, issued by the Circle Officer, Kudra, District-Kaimur at Bhabua, under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, calling upon the petitioner to show cause, as to why the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6489 of 2020(3) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 encroachment in question should not be removed, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kudra, District-Kaimur at Bhabua, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.
