JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamhor P.S. Case No. 170 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 10.03.2022, he is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IX - cum - Special Judge Excise-II, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhor P.S. Case No.170 of 2021.
