Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 164 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a), 38(1) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody in connection with seizure of 8 liters of country made liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.5.2018 and he has remained in custody for nearly one and half months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
