The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 150/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. There are specific allegation against the petitioner No. 1 who is the mother-in-law of the deceased of torturing and demand of dowry, her prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 2 Suraj Chaudhary be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 150/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
