After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for sometime, this Court finds that for claiming the reliefs as prayed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed representations dated 10.02.2024 (Annexure-P/3) and dated 31.12.2024 (Annexure-P/4) before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Gaya, which is still pending. The petitioner prays that he would be satisfied if a necessary direction is issued to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Gaya to dispose of the two representations by a reasoned and

3. The counsel for the respondents-State has no objection to the above.

4. The District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Gaya is hereby directed to dispose of both the above representations filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order by passing a speaking and reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction this writ application stands disposed of.
