Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Basantpur PS Case No. 270 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 25 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits only one live cartridge is said to be recovered from his possession, however, he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.8.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Yasir @ Lalu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Siwan in connection with Basantpur PS Case No. 270 of 2017.
