That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents concerned to stop the construction of Administrative Building of Nagar Parishad, Lakhisarai, in the premises of Kaniram Khetan Adarsh High School, Lakhisarai, which is being encroached the field of said school and to remove the constructed part of the Administrative Building of Nagar Parishad, Lakhisarai."
