JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On getting confidential information raid was conducted and during course thereof, three persons along with motorcycle managed to escape while five persons along with three motorcycles were apprehended. The aforesaid motorcycle happens to be stolen property. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 06-06-2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Rajesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Ist, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.163/2017.
