Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. Considering the statement of the petitioner, it is deemed appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the concerned trial court on 13.01.2022. The trial court shall accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and shall attempt to get the matter compromised by way of mediation.
