Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in the present case on basis of the confessional statement of co-accused. Further, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 21.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22104 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40517 of 2018(2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge XI-cum-acjm,, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017.
