Petitioner seeks bail in Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections (25(1b)a,/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol with two live cartridges and one NOKIA and one SAMSUNG mobile phone.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence, and the entire prosecution case is false, fabricated and concocted. Petitioner is in custody since, 10.04.2017.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
