Petitioner is accused in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 16.01.2018. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.
