The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 45 of 2013 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 447, 504, 307, 337, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 19.10.2016 vide Criminal Misc. No. 34855 of 2016 with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months by taking all effective steps. If the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52072 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 for bail. After rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, one year has been lapsed but the trial of the petitioner is still going on. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-4, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with S. Tr. No. 45 of 2013 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
