2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366A/34 IPC registered in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. Accusations are general and omnibus against accused persons and co-accused Mittu Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Court below itself. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the victim assessed to be of 14 years of age is said to have been kept in the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
