The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Level Selection Committee, Gaya under the Chairmanship of the District Magistrate, Gaya has wrongly rejected the claim of the petitioner for being

The petitioner, under the circumstances, is directed to make a suitable representation before the Divisional Commissioner, Gaya within a period of 30 days against non-consideration of his claim by the District Level Selection Committee, on which, the Divisional Commissioner shall, after hearing the parties, pass a final order within a period of 90 days thereafter, giving reasons in support of the decision.

With the aforesaid direction / observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
