Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner No.1 is married Nanad of the victim of dowry death and petitioner No.2 is husband of petitioner No.1. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioners are in custody since 01.06.2018.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on completion of investigation against them on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39706 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ariyari Police Station Case No.89 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
