Issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction commanding respondents to enquire into / cause inquiry of, the works of NALI-GALI under the scheme Mukhya Mantri Nischaya Yojna done in the year 20172018 and 2018-2019 pertaining to ward nos.04 and 05 Sarmera Panchayat, afresh by a team of expert

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
