2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 30(d) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 210 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from a brewry situated near the banks of Domara ghat, Sitacharan Diyara.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16571 of 2025(2) dt.08-04-2025 2/2 prayer of the petitioner and submits that petitioner carries three criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner carries three criminal antecedents of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
