JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to quash the order of Commandant, B.M.P. 2, Dehri dated 24.06.2013 by which punishment of withholding of increment for one year was inflicted upon the petitioner and salary of 46 days period of overstayal was forfeited treated as extraordinary leave and order of D.I.G. of Police, Military Police, Central Zone, Patna dated 28.09.2013, by which appeal of the petitioner was rejected and for grant of all consequential benefits. "

Considering the fact that the effect of the

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
