Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that co-accused Amit Kumar Raj @ Raj abducted the victim Abhishek Kumar Pandey. During investigation, it came to know that the victim was kept at the residence of these petitioners.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that main accused is Amit Kumar Raj @ Raj has been acquitted in Sessions Trial No. 1497 of 2010 on 02.06.2014.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35163 of 2014 (3) dt.27-03-2015 for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 45 of 2010, pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-X, Patna.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
