Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385,387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 C.L.A. Act.

It appears that co-accused-Ashish Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court after perusal of the case diary in Cr.Misc.No.51866 of 2016. Petitioner is also not named in the FIR and case of the petitioner is similar to co-accused-Ashish Kumar. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39689 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Gurua Police Station Case No.37 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
