07.08.2020 Heard Mr. Shyamal Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Nand Kumar, learned APP for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019, dated 21.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 427, 353, 332, 333, 188,

120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. After some arguments, Mr. Shyamal Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioners to appear before the court below and seek bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to approach the court below and seek bail.

As and when such an application shall be filed, the court below shall take into account all relevant facts and shall pass order in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition for anticipatory bail has not been entertained by this Court.
