The petitioner is in custody since 10.6.2018 in connection with C2 Case No. 319 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is a lady and she was arrested in connection with seizure of 13.200 of Nepali Saufi wine kept in a bag in motorcycle which was caught at the road of the petitioner's house.

D.J.-II- CumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with C2 case No.-319 of 2018.
