Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as under the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner no.1 is father in law, petitioner no.2 is mother in law, petitioner no.3 is sister in law and petitioner no.4 is bhaisur of the informant. The allegations are general and omnibus in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15086 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 nature. Petitioners reside separate as such they have no concern with the routine life of the victim/ opposite party no.2 and her husband.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of surrender before the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, East Champaran at Motihari in Kesariya Police Station Case No. 580 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
