The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.130 of 2020 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examinations Act, 1981.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Md.Shabbir Alam has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 14.12.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.25351 of 2020 (Annexure 3).
The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as Annexure 3, the petitioner, above named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27829 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.130 of 2020, G.R. No.458 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
