2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order, which is the subject of the contempt, has been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. (S) 7753/2025.

3. It transpires to this Court that the Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. (S) 7753/2025 is still pending, in which, vide order dated 07.04.2025, the operation of the impugned order has been stayed.

4. As such, the present MJC No. 790 of 2024 is hereby disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh MJC petition in case the Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. (S) 7753/2025 is decided in his favour.
