This is an application for regular bail in connection with Araria P. S. Case no. 443 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is that while vehicle checking was going on, petitioner was stopped with his vehicle and on query he failed to produce papers of the vehicle. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that he is innocent and merely on the basis of suspicion he has been implicated in the present case. There is no iota of evidence against petitioner that the seized vehicle is a theft one. He has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.06.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
