JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015 registered under Sections 253, 254, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the First Information Report, it is alleged that two persons had been apprehended having use of 17 counterfeit currency notes of Rs. 500/- each. They disclosed that they had taken money from the petitioner for buying cattle, meaning thereby the petitioner had supplied the fake currency. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid transaction and has falsely been implicated. Nothing was recovered from him. On mere allegation of these two persons, the petitioner has been made

Be that as it may, till submission of the charge sheet, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner namely Md. Faruk be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
