JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) To direct the respondents to pay the dues salary to the petitioner for the working period of the contractual service after his retirement from 01.01.2021 to 04.03.2021 from the office of Block Development Officer, Punpun."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Block Development Officer,

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Block Development Officer, Punpun, District Patna shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
