The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 652 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant was fired at by two unknown miscreants; as a result of which he received injuries on his right wrist and left portion of his cheek. During the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired in the statement of one Murari Kumar. No test identification parade has been done in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2018.

For the aforestated facts, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39660 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 652 of 2017.
