The petitioner seeks modification in the name of the father of Petitioner No. 1 in the order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69501 of 2019.

The name of the father of Petitioner No. 1 is Ram Chandra Singh.

Let the name of the father of Petitioner No. 1 be read as Ram Chandra Singh in place of Vishnu Dayal Singh. While releasing the petitioner on bail, the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15765 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 below shall insist for furnishing of documentary proof in support of the assertion of the petitioner and only then shall release him on bail.
