2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 74, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ), 351

(3) of the BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the accused persons armed variously came , abused and assaulted informant and other family member due to which 7 persons sustained injuries out of them 2 sustained grievous injury .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18067 of 2025(3) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 to petty dispute , an altercation took place between both the parties in which both sides sustained injury . Case and counter case . Injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners are simple in nature .

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbighha P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
