During course of patrolling, informant got confidential information regarding suspected activities of the occupant of a tempo, whereupon they were corded and eight persons were apprehended including the petitioner. Furthermore, from their possession, firearms and ammunitions were seized and for that, separate case has been instituted. Then thereafter, it has been alleged that on search, one kilogram of Ganja was seized from the tempo and for that, instant case has been registered against all the eight accused persons.

Accordingly, petitioner, Manjit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
