JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No. 788 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian penal Code. Submission is that it was a case of elopement, the girl disappeared in the night from the house taking away money and jewelry and she is major as it appears from AADHAR Card that her date of birth is 16.01.1999 and she herself came back and has not levelled any allegation of sexual exploitation against the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Monu Kumar @ Raj Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S.
