The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No.48 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 147, 323, 307 and 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is allegation of assault against the petitioners because of trivial issue and there is no external injury on the injured and

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No.48 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
