ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is only seeking disposal of the representation dated 28.11.2024 (Annexure-P/9) made to the respondent No. 4 herein, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 to consider the said representation strictly in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order. The respondent No. 4 shall endeavor to dispose of the said representation as expeditiously
Patna High Court CWJC No.5498 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
3. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
