The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.10.2006 passed by learned A.C.J.M, Siwan town, P.S. Case No. 67 of 2005, by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 419, 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 17(C) and 27(B) (ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act .

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 06.10.2006 taking cognizance for offence under Sections 419, 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 17(C) and 27(B) (ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act against the petitioner is made out.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26519 of 2015(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all their grievances at the stage of framing of charge, if the charge has not already framed.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
