After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed

If the petitioner files a reply to the show cause within the aforesaid period, the respondent no. 3 is directed to take a decision on the petition of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
