Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 112 C 2 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under section 30(a), 32, 41, 56(a), 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this due to ulterior motive. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from Bolero vehicle and this petitioner has no concern either with the said vehicle or the alleged liquor. Petitioner has no criminal

Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Excise Case No. 112 C-2 of 2019.
