1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For commanding the respondent to remove encroachment over the road situated in front of Khata No.59, Khesra No.40, MauzaBasawanpatii, Anchal-Raghopur, DistrictSupaul, whereby and whereunder the road in question has been encroached illegally by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4731 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 respondent no.5 to 9.
(ii) Also for directing the respondents to initiate encroachment proceeding under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act against the encroachers who have encroached the public road."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Raghopur, District-Supaul, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
