NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 17-05-2017 Better sense seems to have finally prevailed upon the authorities of the Housing Board after passing of the order of the learned Single Judge. Today, the Court is informed that a tripartite agreement has already been entered into on 27.7.2015. The direction has already been carried out and the Court after having heard counsels representing the Housing Board is prima facie satisfied that there is no merit in the appeal as such.
