2. We have perused the grounds of review. It appears that the writ petitioner approached this Court in its writ jurisdiction after 11 years of cancellation of the licence under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001.

3. The learned Writ Court having found that the

No.38 of 2022(5) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 petitioner had waited for 12 long years to approach this Court, the writ petition was stale and at this stage even if his appeal, which remained pending for 12 long years, is allowed, he would not be able to get his licence renewed under the new Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

4. In the review application, the petitioner has not pointed out any error apparent on the face of the record of the order of the learned Writ Court.
