The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he purchased the lands in the year 1993, but the petitioner and others claimed to have purchased the land from Asha Devi.

It is submitted that Asha Devi has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. Coaccused Devanand Poddar who is also a purchaser has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12990 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25730 of 2015 (4) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is also a purchaser from Asha Devi and similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
