This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case N0. 1453 of 2016 (Trial No. 1670 of 2018), disclosing offences under Sections 341,323,504,354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the complainant had given a loan of a sum of Rs. 12,500/- to the petitioner, which he did not return despite legal notice issued to him. He is said to have assaulted the complainant when she wanted her money back. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the matter arises of the complaint case, this application is allowed.

No.15926 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 Let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVII, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No. 1453 of 2016 (Trial No. 1670 of 2018), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
